HCRE is proud to announce the successful completion of our tenant-representation assignment for Ebikes Hawaii, with Ryland Hart and Tiare Brown serving as the HCRE advisors on the transaction. What began as a long-term search to identify the right home for the company ultimately aligned with perfect timing as Ebikes Hawaii’s previous Kakaʻako location is now slated for redevelopment, creating an ideal moment to transition into a new space that better supports their expanding operations.
After evaluating numerous options across the market and guiding the team through each phase of touring, vetting, and negotiation, HCRE secured a 2,024 SF retail/showroom space at 575 Cooke Street, meeting the tenant’s need for more room as their previous lease term concluded. This new Kaka'ako storefront location provides the additional footprint needed to display, service, and maintain their growing fleet, while keeping them rooted in the community and customer base they’ve cultivated over the years.
HCRE collaborated with ownership to structure mutually beneficial terms and ensure the space could be tailored to the tenant’s operational needs. We’re excited to see Ebikes Hawaii continue to thrive in this excellent, highly accessible location.
